By accessing or using Wren Health ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Wren Health.
Wren Health is a personal health record management application that allows individuals and families to store, organize, and selectively share personal health information. The Service includes health profile management, a family calendar, document storage, and secure sharing features.
Wren Health is a personal health record tool — it is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or medical advice service. Nothing in the Service constitutes or should be treated as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions or emergencies.

You own your health data. By using Wren Health, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of any health information you enter. You may delete your data at any time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the health information you enter. Wren Health is not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate data.

We strive to keep Wren Health available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any disruptions to availability.

All content, design, code, and features of Wren Health (excluding your personal health data) are owned by Wren Health and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wren Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or medical harm resulting from reliance on information stored in the app.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
